What's your order number?
Your order number was created by our e-commerce software when you ordered your PuppComm. During onboarding we use your order number and your email address to look up your order and access the information that we need to create your account.
Where do you find your order?
You should have received an email with your order at the time that you purchased your PuppComm or prior to starting the onboarding process. If you can't find it in your email, check your spam folder in case it ended up in there. If you still can't find it you can look up directly from our onboarding portal by clicking on the "What's my order number?" link at the bottom of the page.
How do I look up my order number?
Clicking on the "What's my order number link will bring up a form where you can enter your email so that our system can look up your order number. Please make sure that you enter the email you used at the time you purchased your PuppComm. When you hit submit we'll look up the email you entered in the form, and if we find it in our system we'll send you an email with your order number and a link to the next step in the onboarding process.
What if you can't find my email address in your system?
If you're sure that you're using the email address that you used to buy a PuppComm, and our system is telling you that it can't find it, then it's time to contact PuppTech support at email@example.com and we'll help you figure out what your order number is. We've included a form directly in the onboarding app for you to be able to contact support to help you find your order number if you need us to.
